    Paperwork online

Intake forms and consents are completed securely in SimplePractice, so there's nothing to print.

  3. 3

    First session

We get to know each other, talk about what's going on, and set goals together.

Your first visit

What the first visit is like.

The first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what's going on, what you'd like to see change, and any questions you have about how therapy works.

If your child is coming, it can help to look at the office photos together beforehand so the room feels familiar.
